Caroline, our thoughts and prayers are with you today. We hope your surgery goes as smoothly as possible and that you make a speedy recovery. We can't wait for you to be healthy and strong so we can play with you again. We love you very much!

We Heart Hood Canal!

We got back from Katie's wedding on Sunday and headed right back to the Canal on Monday. Andrea and Owen were staying a few extra days at her family's cabin so Addy and I decided to join them. We had so much fun playing with the babies, eating yummy food, soaking up the sun, and exploring the low tide at the beach.
Addy went for her first boat ride.

Congrats Katie and Erik!

We spent the weekend celebrating Katie and Erik's wedding at Alderbrook Resort. Alderbrook is honestly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. I absolutely loved every minute of our weekend. Katie and Erik had a gorgeous wedding. It was so fun to spend time with old friends, enjoy the beautiful Hood Canal, and celebrate our dear friends' wedding.

Katie and her bridesmaids at the rehearsal. After dinner, several of us played in a "friendly" volleyball match. We also enjoyed socializing out by the bon fire.

Thriller

Watch out, if you invite Matt to your wedding he will most likely preform Micheal Jackson's "Thriller" dance. He has been doing this long before the recent MJ hype but he did kick it up a notch this weekend as a special tribute to the King of Pop.

Rough Day

Poor Addy Mae. She had a hard day yesterday. She missed her afternoon nap, went "swimming" face first down the river, did a backwards somersault off the deck, and got bit by her cousin Parker. I think we will be staying home and recovering today.
