Summer Sisters!

So I love being a teacher for many reasons, but I especially love it in the summer when we have three months off work! Having wonderful friends to share the time with makes it even better. Diggy, Cabe, Laura, Spry, and I have been summer sisters ever since our sophomore year in college and we stayed for summer school and really bonded. Cabe, Diggy, and I have continued this tradition since we all work for the school system. We plan trips to Diggy's cabin on Harstine, summer projects, and lazy summer fun. It doesn't matter what we do as long as we are together! Laura was able to join us when she worked for Edmond's School District but since her recent move to SF it is harder for her to hang out. This year an old summer sister came back, Spry joined us on our trips to Harstine and we LOVED it. I love summers off, and having fun girls to enjoy it with makes it even better. I hope we continue this tradition every summer. I look forward to more adventures!
