A New Addition

We are excited to announce that Addy is going to be a big sister. Baby number two will be joining our family the end of September or early October. I just had my 12 week ultrasound today and everything looks good as far as his/her development. We can't wait to meet this little peanut!

NYC Trip

We had such a fun time checking off all the must see sights around the city. We saw so much in three days and completely lucked out with the gorgeous weather. I can't wait for another trip to the Big Apple. Check out our web album for more pics and info about our trip.

Matt and I are off for a little weekend trip to New York City. Matt has to go for work but I thought it would be a fun opportunity to tag along. His meetings don't officially start until Sunday so we are looking forward to a few days of sight seeing and absorbing all this city has to offer. I am looking forward to eating at some yummy restaurants and seeing a Broadway show or two. Please let me know if you have any suggestions of places to eat and things to do.

A Day at the Zoo

Addy's actual birthday was on Sunday, March 7th. We decided to have a family day and head down to the Portland Zoo. Addy had not been to the zoo since last summer so it was so much fun to take her to see all the animals. She has also been asking to ride a train so we thought this trip would be a perfect opportunity to fulfill her train riding dreams.

On our way out we stopped at the gift shop to get Addy a little something for her birthday. It was so funny to see what she picked out. She was adamant about getting a green plastic cup with a zebra on it and stuffed monkey that could hang around her neck. It was such a fun day, I definitely recommend the Portland Zoo if you are ever in the area.

Our little cupcake Addy had her two year old birthday party last Saturday and since she LOVES cake we decided to do a whole cupcake themed party.
